Dialaway Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services on this website. “Site”/”Website” means www.dialaway.co.uk and all pages, the information contained on those pages, images, videos or other digital assets that are relative to the Site. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Callers must have the bill payer’s permission before using the services “the Service” on this website. Dialaway “access Number” is a non-geographic number provided by us that you must use to access our service. Calls to the access number may be included in the bill payer’s inclusive minutes, but may also be billed to the bill payer by the bill payer’s existing network. The service may be used on several landline networks (“Provider”) as shown in this website and is supplied by Dialaway (“Dialaway”, “us”, “our” or “we”). Usage of these services from mobile phones is at the sole discretion of the customer. It is the customers sole responsibility to verify whether they will be charged when calling these access numbers based on their call plan (tariff). Your Phone Provider may remove the access numbers from your free or inclusive minutes at any time. We take no responsibility and are not liable for any charge you receive for using the Service. If you do not have inclusive 0870 minutes, calls are charged at 13 pence per minute plus your provider’s access charge.
Do not exceed 1000 minutes per month or 100 calls per month as your provider may charge you if you exceed those limits. If you are in doubt please check with your provider before making a call or simply make a short call for less than a minute and check on your online bill details/breakdown to ensure that your 0870 call package minutes are inclusive.
Limitation of liability – Dialaway is not liable for acts or omissions of another Provider, for information provided through your Device, equipment failure or modification, or causes beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for service outages nor for service limitations or interruptions. We are not liable for any accidents or incidents which result from the use of our services by you or any other person. Our liability and the liability of any underlying Provider for any failure or mistake shall in no event exceed our services charges. We and any underlying Provider are not liable for any incidental, punitive or consequential damages such as lost profits. We, and any underlying Provider, are not liable for economic loss or injuries to persons or property arising from the use of our services. This paragraph shall survive termination of the Terms of Service and usage of this service and the services itself.
Usage of the services on this website is limited to users 18 years and over. This service is intended for private usage only. By using this service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated and anyone failing to do so, will be barred from this and any other service in future. This service is provided in good faith, however if the operators exclude or start charging these numbers then this service will be terminated without notice.
