  • How are you able to offer such low rates?

    When you call via our access number, your call is routed via our internet network avoiding the high rates charged by some providers. You can benefit from our low call rates any hour of the day or night by simply calling our access number before you dial your destination number.

  • Who can use the service?

    Anyone calling from inside the UK can use our cheap international calls service from any landline or mobile phone that allows access to numbers beginning with 08; our access numbers are generally not available from overseas. Please remember to ensure that you have the bill payer’s permission before using the service.

  • How do I pay for my Calls?

    Calls to our 0870 number are charged at 13 pence per minute plus your network’s access charge. Your usual phone provider will charge you for calling our access numbers and the charges will appear on your normal phone bill.

  • What are the Terms of Use of this service?

    You must have the bill payer’s permission before using the service. Calls may be made from your call plan inclusive 0870 numbers minutes or are charged at 13p/min plus your phone company’s access charge. Please check with your phone provider for their access charge. Do not exceed 60 minutes per call or you will be charged for the entire call by your provider. Do not exceed 1000 minutes per month or 100 calls per month as your provider may charge you if you exceed those limits. If you are in doubt please check with your provider before making a call or simply make a short call for less than a minute and check on your online bill details/breakdown to ensure that your 0870 call package minutes are inclusive. By using this service you agree to receive marketing via SMS or other forms that the provider of this service may use from time to time. This may include but not be limited to providing new access numbers for your service or other related telecoms service. At no point is the provider of this service liable for costs that may be incurred by you with your mobile or landline service provider. By using this service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as stated and anyone failing to do so, will be barred from this and any other service in future. We will not pass phone numbers to any other organisation. This service is provided in good faith, however if the operators exclude or start charging these numbers then this service will be terminated without notice.   • Do I need to register or prepay?
    No! All you need to do is dial the access number before the overseas number to start saving.

  • Can I contact your Customer Services?
    Yes of course. For issues with your landline access numbers, you can call Evolcom Limited customer services between 09:00 and 17:30 Mon – Fri. on 0303 0310 227.
